Occasional study composer of chess studies

"He was a study enthusiast, editor and occasional study composer. He composed about 50 chess studies and published only 15 chess studies. Ladislav Prokeš inspired him and later he maintained close relations with Bretislav Soukup-Bardon. In the years 2002-2006 he led a section of studies in the Chess composition. Since 2000, together with Jaroslav Pospíšil, he has run an "Austro-Hungarian Chess" website. In 2003, Pavlovský and Pospíšil 70JT organized the international tournament."
"In 2008 Evzen managed and sponsored MT (Memorial Tourney) Richard Réti, a large well-run international study tournament."
The final price report of MT Réti was ready in 30.06.2009 - At the deadline 30.6.2009 totally 47 studies were received from 22 composers from 12 countries, namely: Yochanan Afek (Israel), Iuri Akobia (Georgia), Yuri Bazlov (Russia), Marco Campioli (Italy), Sergey Didukh (Ukraine), Aleksey Gasparyan (Armenia), L.M.González (Spain), David Gurgenidze (Georgia), Michal Hlinka (Slovakia), J.R.Ibran (Spain), Gerhard Josten (Germany), Velimir Kalandadze (Georgia), Daniel Keith (France), János Mikitovics (Hungary), Erich Palkovský (Czechia), Alain Pallier (France), Oleg Pervakov (Russia), Jaroslav Polášek (Czechia), Jaroslav Pospíšil (Czechia), Michael Prusikin (Germany), Pietro Rossi (Italy) and Emil Vlasák (Czechia).
