Imants Draiska, who occasionally published under the pseudonym V. Legers, died a quarter of a century ago. He probably published around 100 problems, mainly two- and three-move chess problems. There are 21 entries in the PDB. As he is not represented in Harold van der Heijden's study database, one can be fairly certain that he was not a study composer.
