FLAMO IDA, approx. 1922, Riga. She remained in Riga under German occupation, but after several days she succeeded to leave Latvia; she joined a Soviet army unit and together with them, fighting and retreating, she reached Stalingrad. Being a member of the intelligence service, she was thrown into the rear of enemy; thanks to her bravery and quick wit she succeeded to return to her unit after having killed 2 German machine gunners. Orders: 3 "Glory", "Red Star" and medals. After Riga was freed, she returned to her native town.
