Nadezhda Vasilyevna Rumyantseva (Russian: Наде́жда Васи́льевна Румя́нцева, September 9, 1930, Potapowo, Smolensk Oblast, USSR - April 8, 2008, Moscow, Russia) was a Soviet/Russian theatrical and cinema actress. Best known as Tosya Kislitsina in 1961 film Devchata and voicing a lot of Soviet cartoons.
