147 Christian students shot dead, beheaded in Somali terrorists attack

A witness said the Somali militants first stormed a Christian prayer service, killing some students and taking others hostage after which they rampaged across the campus, shooting non-Muslims, sparing Muslims. Nearly 150 students, mostly Christian, were killed in the attack.

Unviersity in Kenya was attacked by islamic radicals. 

Some 300 students still unaccounted for, after Kenya Garissa university attack; at least 147 dead so far - interior ministry.

The strategic objectives of Garissa University College (GUC) as a university institution are teaching and learning, research, innovation, and community service and extension

The Somalia-based Al-Shabaab militant group claimed responsibility for the assault.
