Sergey Golovkin (Russian: Серге́й Александрович Головкин) (November 26, 1959, in Moscow, Soviet Union – August 2, 1996) was a Soviet and Russian serial killer known as "The Fisher" or "The Udav" (The "Boa") who killed and butchered 11 boys in the Moscow area between 1986 and 1992.

Sergey Golovkin was born in Moscow. His father was an alcoholic. Mother was ordinary modest woman. His parents divorced in 1988.

Golovkin had a torture room in his garage where he tortured children (sometimes more than one at a time) for hours. He raped, burned, removed the skin, cut, killed and dismembered his victims.

Golovkin was sentenced to death and executed by firing squad. He was the last person to be executed by Russia before the abolition of capital punishment.
