Percy Byng was the 2nd son of 8 siblings,4 brothers and 3 sisters,of mother Evelyn Jane and John William Byng, Percy’s wife,Sylvia Pope from sturminster Newton. Evyelyn Byng was born in Manitoba Canada 1888, but brought up in Newbury Berkshire by publican Henry James Jordan and wife Emily (Ham). I am nephew of Percy Norman,as son of Thomas Windsor Byng b. 1925 ,youngest brother of Percy.
