Johannes H.C. Fontein (The Netherlands, 13.11.1912 - ?) was a chess composer

He published in chess magazine as the Chinese Tchen I Fijno, an anagram of his name.

De Feijter of Tijdschrift believed that he lived in Katendrecht, a harbour district of Rotterdam.

Selman wrote in De Schaakwereld that Tschen I Fijno had wisely returned to his homeland, before World war II started.
