EDUT (in Latvia EIDUS) BENYAMIN LAZAREVITCH, 10.11.1919, Moscow, lived in Riga. Was "Beitar" activist. In 1939 illegally reached Palestine, studied in the "Etzel" Commanders' School. Was detained by the British Government till 1948 in c/camp in Kenya. After proclamation of Israel fought in all battles for the independence; decorated with many rewards.
