Helmin Magno Wiels (9 December 1958 – 5 May 2013) was a politician, anti-corruption activist and social worker from Curaçao. He served as a chairman of Pueblo Soberano (at the time of his death, the largest political party in the island' Estates and a member of the ruling coalition) and was a vocal campaigner for Curaçao's independence from the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Wiels originally joined Niun Paso Atras after which he constituted the party Aliansa Sivil. In 2005, he founded Pueblo Soberano. Wiels was shot dead on 5 May 2013 on Marie Pompoen Beach in Curaçao.
